Help us locate the problem
live.link hosts work created by publishers. Melade LLC, Pennsylvania, United States operates the service. To report suspected abuse or a rights concern, email info@live.link with “Abuse report” in the subject. Hosting a page does not mean we endorse its content.
For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services. Do not wait for a support response.
What to include
- The exact live.link address or project identifier involved.
- A short explanation of the conduct or content you are reporting.
- The date and approximate time you observed it, including time zone if relevant.
- Your contact address and, for a rights report, your relationship to the affected person or work.
- Minimal supporting evidence, with unrelated personal information and all credentials removed.
For a private page, do not send a session cookie, sign-in code, agent credential or access token. Describe the page and access problem instead. Do not download, forward or attach illegal imagery or material that could further harm a person.
Types of reports
Report phishing, credential theft, malware, fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, unlawful disclosure of private information, non-consensual intimate imagery, child exploitation or suspected intellectual-property infringement. The Terms describe proposed acceptable-use rules.
For a copyright or trademark concern, identify the protected work or mark, the specific page and the basis for your authority to report it. We may need additional information to assess the report. This email process is not a claim that a statutory copyright agent is registered or that a particular remedy is guaranteed.
Privacy requests about your own account or information can also be sent to info@live.link. A technical vulnerability should be marked “Security report” so it can be distinguished from a content complaint.
What happens next
We review information submitted to assess the reported concern and may seek clarification. Where appropriate, action can include restricting content or access, contacting the publisher, preserving relevant evidence or responding to lawful requests. The response depends on the facts, severity and applicable law; a report does not automatically prove a violation.
We cannot promise to monitor every page, resolve every report in a fixed time or disclose private account or investigation details. Relevant report information may be shared as necessary to investigate or address the issue, subject to privacy and legal requirements.
Request review of a restriction
If your content or account was restricted, email info@live.link with the project address, any notice or case reference and a concise explanation of why you believe the action was mistaken. Include relevant corrections or context without resending prohibited content. We may verify your authority before discussing account information.
Do not evade a restriction by creating replacement accounts or links. Honest reports and proportionate review help protect both publishers and readers.
