Get help with live.link

Email info@live.link for help with your account, publishing, the command-line tool or connecting an AI app. Put “Support” and a short description in the subject. live.link is operated by Melade LLC, Pennsylvania, United States. We don’t promise a fixed response time.

Include what you tried, the time and your time zone, the project’s address or identifier, which AI app you used, and any error reference. Never send passwords, access tokens, sign-in codes or private preview links.

Connecting an AI app

In an AI app that supports custom connectors (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Grok), add https://app.live.link/mcp as a connector and sign in to live.link when asked. Review the app name, where it returns you and the permissions it requests (read projects, create and edit projects, publish and revoke links) before allowing. The first time, you’ll also agree to the live.link terms once.

Terminal agents use the live-link command-line tool with a scoped credential from Settings. Signing in to the website doesn’t authorize a terminal agent by itself.

Connecting an app doesn’t publish anything. Your AI saves private versions; a link goes public only on your instruction and to the audience you choose.

Stop access or report a problem

Turn off a published link to stop new visitors. Disconnect an AI app in live.link Settings and remove it in the app too; removing it only in the app may not end live.link access, so check Settings. Saved private versions, and copies people already made, are separate from a link being on or off.

Use “Security report”, “Abuse report” or “Privacy request” as the email subject for those concerns. Security details are at https://live.link/security. Support isn’t an emergency service; for immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
